It could well be that e: is your cd-drive. Then this prompt proves that it's being read without any errors. Still, it's strange. It's not the behavior one expects from a recovery CD and a google search for dscrub sony turns op nothing useful either.

So better have a look at the contents of e:\ and e:\dscrub using the good old dir command. At the prompt type:
dir e:\ (+ enter)
and
dir e:\dscrub
and post back what it reveals.
