Not a Newbie but like most still in search of the best program for my purpose! I find all the information lacking in one area! After using freeware and purchased programs and systems. I am back to basics! Reading! Having used many of the different Anti Virus, Spy Ware, Firewall programs listed or Available. In the last two months I found that customer service across the board with NORTON/SYMENTECH, ZONE ALARM, WEBROOT AND MANY OF THE OTHER TOP NAMES IN SOFTWARE TO BE SORLEY LACKING TO NON EXISTANT! I FEEL THAT people on the forums should check out the CUSTOMER SERVICE that these company's give after we use free or upon purchase! A simple comment about services received when requested! would be a BIG INFLUANCE on a company's attitude towards the consumer asking assistance! a user of NORTON/SYMENTECH ANTI VIRUS, WORKS, CLEANER, GO BACK, GHOST AND ALL THEY HAD TO OFFER! For many years DID NOT HAVE THE CURTESY TO ANSWER ONCE! THINKING it was the A.V. 2003 Pro, purchased and installed A.V. 2005 PRO! Problems again not one answer! FIRED! Web Root Window Washer and Spy Ware RING AROUND THE ROSEY! FIRED! TRIED TO LOAD ZONE WARE SUITE! IT ZONED OUT MY INTERNET CONNETION THAT REQUIRED UNINSTALLING AND TRIED THEIR FREEWARE INSTALL! PAUL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID "WE DON'T SUPPORT FREE ZONE ALARM"! & DID NOT READ ANY OF MY 3 SUBMISSIONS! IF I WANT HELP BUY THE PROGRAM! 3 STRIKES YOUR OUT! ADWARE AND YAHOO.COM WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTION YOU HAVE! 'THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! I THINK THERE SHOULD BE A STANDARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMENTED ON AS THAT IS A REAL SELLING POINT! ALONG WITH TECHNICAL INFORMATION! THEN WE CAN REALLY MAKE AN INTELLEDGENT PURCHASE ON ALL PROGRAMS AND SOFTWARE USED!
