Go for the Lg optimus V. Or any phone from virgin mobile. Get it, then just don't activate it. They will all have wifi, so you could even send texts and make calls using apps just like you could on the touch. My advice, buy a cheap android phone prepaid from virgin mobile, or the galaxy prevail from boost. Then don't activate it and just use it, Cost free. You will be happy with the performance of the motorola triumph better then the optimus v; but It's decently fast for me.
Faster then my sisters last gen touch.
