Contact Acer and ask

Obviously you were able to contact Acer once to get them to send you the discs. Contact them again and ask for the procedure. Usually you boot from one of the discs, and it asks what you want to do, giving you the choice to restore to factory settings. When you tell it to do that, it would format your hard drive and reload everything that was on it when they shipped it from the factory.
