My bet is AERO is not starting at boot. For now I suggest doing nothing while you research what AERO is, if Windows Vista/7 is involved and looking at the Event Viewer and learning about services.

I saw this ONE TIME only after the owner had run registry and other cleaners. They would not pay for the hours to fix it so we reinstalled the OS.
