1. Yes, I'd visit Google stores and have a personal sit-in to get human service/assistance for the numberous failures and drop in decent web services and user-experience across Google sites & tools.
2. Google had best quality of services until about 2 years ago, now it appears rookie programmers and nobody on corp. side has any care or interest in customer service or designs for customer ease of use.
Economic value as well as environmental impact/carbon-footprint minimization of placement in common/popular retail sites is good idea.
