Why did you use the word "durable".

Durable means "Able to withstand wear, pressure, or damage; hard-wearing."

That does not describe your run of the mill laptops but pushes me to write about Panasonic Toughbooks.

Your school should have a list of acceptable models. Why not choose from those and forget the fact that laptops do not withstand wear, pressure or damage? Even I put my laptop in a special carry case when traveling.
