Regarding your comment (This can result in the users (like you) wasting everyone's time trying to fix it), may I apologise for users like me wasting everyones time for a problem that was causing me a problem! I had thought, in my ignorance, that people far more knowledgable than myself might be able to guide through a fix. Clearly I was was wrong! Users, like myself who seek help via this CNET forum, beware, you are more likely to recieve a sarcastic non informative reply from some expert.
I do most my sincerely apologise for wasting your time Bob.
I will henceforth close down all dealings with CNET for fear of wasting peoples time.
