Hi: Butaky's idea using floppy disk film over I.R. window was a life-safer for me with my 46" Samsung 850 LCD. I cut to size (1/8" wider)of VIP211K I.R. window and applied (very carefully) 1/32" of adhesive to side edges and applied film (barely noticeable against black face of receiver) over I.R. window. Works great! Before fix I was unable to control HD receiver with remote when TV was on, now have full functionality of remote at all times. Thanks again Butaky. TW
