I just assumed it may not work well with different speed and larger capacity hard drive due to the exclusive proprietary.
Generally, any motherboard launched after the year of 2006 could support at least 4G of RAM, but I am not sure this one is an exception or not, you know, "exclusive motherboard design". If I give you the tag service no. or part number or model no. whatever, could you answer this question?
At this point, Dell is more easy going.
