Just a workaround.

A buddy had another model and found out they had to move it off the network and connect directly to the PC. I have not looked into any router settings yet. Another model I worked on had me turn off the router firewall and some feature called CLIENT ISOLATION.

Hooking it up directly avoids becoming a network guru.
