Frustrated

I was duped to purchase HP extended tech support. If computer problems don't frustrate me enough, it's waiting on hold forever only to speak with someone who clearly doesn't understand me or have the knowledge to solve my problem at hand. And to make matters worse, when they cut you off after you've been on hold for an hour, it's enough to make a person want to pull their own hair from the roots. But it's not just HP who outsources tech help to India, it's everyone now days. McAfee...Norton....you name it, you call it....you're more confused and frustrated than ever. And does your original problem get solved??? Ofcourse not. I feel as if I donated a hundred bucks to HP. I hope they enjoyed the contribution more than I enjoyed their **** poor tech support.
