I tried to reply earlier but there seemed to be a problem with the forum software. I couldn't commit the reply. Anyway, I can see that there would be some saving of space using Apple Lossles, however with the prices of storage so low today it's almost not worth taking into consideration. Since I've already done the work with the 450 or so CDs and ripped them as .wav files I'll just leave well enough alone. But it was good news to learn that conversion on the fly to ACC is possible.
