Not enough choices on the survey

This is an issue with many nuances. Obviously visual and interactive media can influence people, otherwise no one would be advertising on TV and the internet. But it's equally obvious that most people can exercise some control. Most people don't immediately run down and buy a whopper when they see a Burger King ad... do they?
Perhaps part of the problem lies in encouraging someone with a predisposition to violence.
If the government does a study for which they plan to pay $10 mil you can bet they will be steering it toward the answer they want.
At least the choices for answers to the question (in the survey) go further than just black and white. We also are treated to a very dark and a very light shade of grey.
