You realize that redacting your IP address for your TV is unnecessary since it's your local IP, but that piece of info shouldn't matter because we're not getting an IP conflict or incorrect subnet errors.
The distance, however, may be the issue. You have a connection speed to your ISP (10 Mbps) that is just good enough to handle high definition, but the symptoms seem to match with a signal degradation. So I'd try the following:
- change the DNS server to 188.8.131.52
- try change the broadcasting channel to 11-13
- decrease the distance to the wireless router, if possible
- provide a clear line of sight, if possible
