I contacted Sonylistens@am.sony.com and only received a invitation to buy another Sony product at a discounted price. Sounds good? Having to pay an additional amount of money in order to get a TV that works? The one I bought cost about $2500.00 (should someone paying that much for a TV really have to go through a bunch of bull to get righted?).
Maybe I'm crazy, but it doesn't really seem to be a good deal. "Hey, I know we sold you a defective product. We're sorry, I'll SELL you this one at a discount..."
