I went into my Visa account today, and Toshiba has taken the $160.00 "off" my charges. (so far) This I am very happy about. I still feel they didn't fix my pc correctly. I think I will call them once more (Monday) before re-installing a new Windows. Like I stated before, they don't give you a disk, it is hidden in the machine, and I have never done this before. But I am going to ask them about the Windows update problem, and if I get a answer then I will come back and post it. Thank you all for your suggestions and comments. I appreciate it very much. Carol
