What I read:
Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection:
Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected

Might be a hardware error. Or the WiFi is disabled by the WiFi switch (can be hardware or software). Or, after formatting, you didn't install the right driver or all needed software.

What I should do:
- study what the user manual says about enabling and disabling WiFi
- apply that knowledge after going back to factory conditions from the makers restore media
If no luck, it most likely is a hardware problem.
