I Had the tech come out and check mine and he explained to me that it is caused by "Thermal Expansion". I told him to be sure and note in his notes that there was no physical damage. I called Samsung to get a status and was basically told me it was my fault. I asked what the tech submitted and they told me thier techs are only told to take a picture and send that in. I was offered the parts as a replacement but no labor which was almost $200 which is not acceptable.
