I agree, nothing I've done has seemed to fix this issue. I've tried resetting my TV, resetting smart hub, disconnecting all devices from netflix. If anything, it's gotten worse. I have to mash the select button for at least a minute before the app will start playing something. It's still only a problem on my TV. Even after this new update to smarthub, and switching to hardwired instead of wireless, I'm still having to try several times to get anything to play.
