Same Issue - Samsung Saying Not Covered
I am on the phone with Samsung and they said they would NOT cover my white dot issue on my 56" DLP. They know it is a know issue... I cannot believe they will not fix my TV. I paid $1900 for this, their service is unacceptable. I started with one white dot 38 days ago. I now have over 50. Is there any type of lawsuit that we can join to get this issued resolved?
