DO NOT MONITOR HEAT.
Solve it. Too many folk talk themselves into it's not a heat or power issue and they end up very frustrated, posting on a dozen sites (I see you posted on at least 3) and lose a lot of time.
I was looking for details on the power supply but what I found makes me think there's a typo in your posts.
-> The : IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is your clue it's a hardware issue. Power, heat, incompatible RAM (NO!!! It can pass RAM TESTS and still be the cause.)
The parts look quite new. Make this a warranty issue.
