Finally got it fixed after weeks of calling

It took me a few weeks but I kept bugging after being told by all of the supervisors that my model wasn't covered. I finally wrote to the CEO desk on the samsung website and got a call the next day from the assistant who set me up with a one time free chip replacement. This was about a month ago and took me to try every thing but finally after going to the top and threatening to go to media it got fixed. Glad it was finally fixed just a little disappointed it was taken care of initially. They know its an issue but only have certain model numbers that are on list to fix....doesn't make sense when it's the same issue regardless of the model number. Hope this helps somebody.
