Still no resolution

The refund check i was supposed to receive was mailed 11/27. I have emails and text's to confirm this. I called samsung on 12/7, i thought 10 days was long enough for something to make it through the mail. I was informed that samsung had made yet another mistake and the check had to be stopped and resent on 12/6. All anyone at this company can do is act annoyed when i call and offer a fake apology and no resolution. Just to warn everyone again, don't buy anything from samsung. It is a company of incompetent and rude people who could care less about there customers.
