I also don't get an activation code. I called samsung customer service and they told me to contact pandora. This seems like a widespread issue as I seen many post on many forums regarding the same issue. SAMSUNG WHERE IS YOUR CORPORATE RESPONSIBLITY GET IT FIXED!!!!!!
