What did Toshiba say when you contacted them about a recovery disk?
Have you checked the Toshiba support site for drivers?
FYI, if this "Virus" destroyed the Windows partition, then Formatting the drive would be the first step in eliminating it.
You know for a fact that the virus is not still there?
