Thanks a lot for your reply. Yes it is a UK model. I've contacted the UK Samsung products support team, but it didn't solve the problem. They've asked me to install the new firmware, but when I tried to do it it didn't let me, it continued saying "no file to upgrade". When I contacted them again and told them that it didn't let me they said that I have to take it for repair.
I would like to know what the problem is before I take it for repair. And I wondered whether there is anyone that know what the problem is. For some reasons it is starting OK and then after about 10 - 15 minutes the picture goes wrong. I would like to attach a picture for you to see but I don't know how to do it.
