Same Problem

I bought one refurb'ed, and I do not have a Netflix app to download from the smart hub. I only planned to use it for Netflix, and maybe a rare occasion a Blu-Ray or DVD, this is very disappointing. I had always had luck with refurbished items, I guess my assumption that they go through rigorous testing before resale may not have been correct.

I am in Houston, when I did the initial setup, I selected English, and I confirmed that it is set to English in the settings, but my smart hub terms of service is in a different language for some reason.
