To really get them to fix it, find the feature in the manual. If it's in the product manual then you have a leg to stand on.

I think I upset you and I apologize for that. However if you are trying out a lot of Smart TVs you find many omissions, outright bugs and "what the heck?" issues.

If they had issued this 10 years ago, folk may have accepted such but today the bar is set much higher.

Again, it's not a bug. It's a feature that may not be implemented.
