DTVExpress Warranty Worked Well

I had a very good experience with my warranty purchased from them. My Samsung Plasma made a popping sound and went dark and would not turn. I contacted DTVExpress with my receipt #834394 and information about the problem with the TV. They got back to me by e-mail very quickly and asked me to fax in a copy of my receipt for the TV, which I did. Two days later I got a call from a local repair center Apto TV Repair, to come out and pick up the TV. Which they did two days later because that's when I could meet them. They had my Samsung TV in the shop for about a week (due to a part they had to order) and brought it back repaired fully. I paid nothing, no deductibles or anything. I did a fair amount of research before purchasing the TV. They had an A rating with BBB and also the best prices by far. One negative, they only accept orders through their online shopping cart.
