The problem is that Flash is not an accessible add-on in Chrome as it is in other browsers. No add-ons and plugins are because Chrome "sandboxes" them to help protect against malware attacks on the OS.
Flash is built in to Chrome and is not an add-on and because of that we cannot offer any solution like, disable and remove the Flash add-on, reinstall it.
So if the problem is caused by Flash in Chrome specifically, there is nothing we can do. That's why I suggested looking through Google's own forums to see if others had reported this, and if so, what workarounds had been offered.
