when there is too much data for the cell to contain, so the cell enlarges and makes the whole row larger.

It might not be anything on the cells displayed, but could be on a different part of the spreadsheet in the same row, but either hidden or you need to use the horizontal scroll bar to scroll the page to the left.

What are these 'bottom of the data' cells? Are they sums or other calculations?

Can you merge the cell into the one below?
