That is exactly what this is all about....Big Business denying us what we pay for. Imagine getting into an accident and the black box has information that you exceeded the speed limit by 6 MPH and they deny your claim because you were deemed to be driving the vehicle recklessly? Or a part fails in your new car, you get into an accident and the black box states otherwise as to it being a manufacturers defect?
...and wait until the Lawyers get a hold of the accidents that involve them...the cases will drag on for ever, further driving up our premiums.
Nothing good will come out of this for us folks that PAY for the cars that have them installed...trust me on that one.
