Executable does not match!
I am going to take Carol's word on the executable file for Magix PC Check & Tuning 2012, and suggest you might want to do the same.
If the executable file on the program listed as authentic in CNET is different from the one you have, then the file you are trying to download is likely malicious, and could/will damage your computer. You could very well have gotten this file from a phished or phony web site. Just because the web site looks right does not mean it is. In other words, you may have been taken.
That is what your browser is trying to tell you.
