Hi I'm very sorry to hear that it depends a lot on where you bought your software from normally in EMEA regions you deal with Business Partners and not Maximizer directly as Maximizer supports their clients trough their business partner networks, if bought from US or Canada then you can deal directly with Maximizer.

I'm surprised however that you were not able to get support and was asked to pay beforehand normally that's not the case especially if you have an active software assurance.
