There are some improvements to your phone with the new update. Many of them will go unnoticed or might be slight visual changes in some of your system apps (like the Dialer, or your Contacts). However, the biggest update is voice support for GTalk.

Keep in mind that everyone can personalize their phone different ways--including backgrounds, themes, text, and icons--so your phone may not look like another, ever.
