Samsung Smart Tv D8005 (UE46D8005YUXXE) wireless not working


Okay, had to check, as different models in different regions may not all have the same specs.

To reset the TV, you can turn it on and press and hold the EXIT button until the TV prompts you to, "RESET?" (Or a similar message to that effect). Press YES + [Enter] and you would be back in the initial menu after the boot up.

The other option may be that your router needs to be changed to a different channel (most routers default on Channel 6). I can't help with that process, but your router's customer service would be able to.

Another possibility is that it may be that you have a firewall enabled in your router. Again, I'd have to refer that to customer service for your router's manufacturer.
