this situation with lost internet connection can be caused by conflict with other installed protection or firewall application (or remains of incorrectly uninstalled).

Please disable any other used protection application or firewall. What is the current situation?

Can you please check the situation after AVG uninstallation? (through AVG remover)

Did you check the email technical support?
