Hardware Issue... Replaced Touchpad to Fix

The problem I was having was not caused by scroll/tap settings or any other software issue. It was a hardware issue. The actual touchpad (integrated with the entire palmrest and top of the keyboard area) needed to be replaced. I worked with Dell to get the touchpad replaced, and now it works MUCH better.
