Further to my earlier post, I have also been exchanging emails again with HP today - we have come full circle and they have pointed me back to the Troubleshooting app and an on line help page which we have probably all found previously. I doubt that HP's R&D section are too bothered about this issue.. after all, they've got our money already.

Keep the ideas coming everyone - we must work towards a solution to help HP out!
