There are long discussions about this. It appears you missed the old discussion. There is no real way to extend the battery life by much more than 5 per cent. The only way to really extend the years is to not use the battery.
Keep it on AC and the power cycles are minimal and you get the longest life. If you use the battery you use the battery's life.
It's that simple yet folk seem to want to work hard for that last 5%.
As to removing the battery, sure. But then why have a battery. Remove it, pack it with desiccant in a plastic baggy and set it in your fridge to slow the chemical aging. Seems odd to have a battery yet fret about all this.
ITEM 4. Charging is done with chips and circuits. Today's designs do not overcharge so why is that on your list?
