I had an issue when I tried to download

some software from Microsoft Technet. What happened is the first step in the download was it downloaded a Microsoft program called the Download Manager. I kept trying over and over and it just wouldn't work. I had used it before then I though maybe I should try in in my 32 bit Internet Explorer. When I tried it with th 32 bit the program downloaded and installed. When I first attempted the DL I was using IE 64 bit and the download manager would just not work.
