Drivers? Sony?

The thing you learn about Sony machines is to use the OS the laptop came with. This lesson is hard on some IT staff and can cause those that haven't learned this lesson to turn red or explode into flames.

Try this. Use the restore media and the OS the Sony came with. Tell the owner that Sony didn't issue drivers (which is true for most of their PCs.)
