Found some files in Recycle Bin

I found these files in the recycle bin, and they were deleted at the times I was trying to open my mail:

I also have 77 folders labeled like the above WLMD.tmp, and all are various sizes from 0 to 7000kb. However, they were deleted as far back as August 2011 and all this stuff was deleted just last night around 11pm.

Also, SOME of the iPhone pictures are in Gmail, however, the IM's I took screenshots of I sent, then deletd from gmail. They were ONLY in my "saved" folder in WLM and now they're gone. I needed those for evidence if needed against my deadbeat dad ex. :0/
