Apps are available for certain TVs based on the decisions of the respective app's developer and the Samsung product engineering team, so while a press release may indicate that a specific app is available for Samsung TVs, it may not be available for every model TV. I also cannot support features on foreign TVs because some vary depending on the country and because different features are offered on seemingly similar models from country to country. At this point, I can only suggest you reach out to the support team that has the ability to troubleshoot your specific model.
