Sorry but it's pretty simple. The stock calendar has limitations galore and syncing is not easy enough to set up and can break for many reasons.

I've offered some of the troubleshooting but to do any more I'd have to sit with the phone and sort it out. Since I can't do that today I have to pass you off to Samsung for support.
