There's a few issues with that statement. To figure this out we know we don't sync with our PC but rather the google calendar. And to sync our phone with the google calendar has a big minefield of issues that can crop up.

For example the connection matters. If you read http://forums.cnet.com/7726-7589_102-5412417.html?tag=posts;msg5412417 you see where our routers can block us on this and more. It it looks as though it is using port 8080 so that could be blocked by many routers.

My advice is to return this unit if you feel it's not ready for the market.
