As to the control, it's not a PC. It's a commercial device that is under control by its maker. There are other reasons for the update failures but try the usual and if need be make that phone call to support.

It is possible that you have the latest for your set and area. Only Samsung may know what is that current version.

If you want control, move to some PC.
