Netflix not working Samsung Smart TV
I have a Samsung LED TV model UN46D6000, Netflix worked great for about 6 months, then I receive the error message that "can't connect to title right now ....", called Samsung after being bounced between Samsung and Netflix, I finally ended up spending 3 hours on the phone with various Samsung techs. They were unable to fix the problem. They sent a technician out who replaced the main board - about 30 mins ago - the problem still exists. The tech told me this is a very common problem, based on the web searches it seems to be a very common problem. I don't understand why Samsung isn't fixing it. Netflix works fine on my other devices (DVD, PC, iPad). Now I wait for Samsung to contact to figure out what the next step will be. Oh - my TV is connected via cable to the router, I changed my IP and other settings as advised by Samsung, I also updated to the latest firmware and Netflix app.
