If you could go over to this thread (http://forums.cnet.com/7723-13973_102-542437/service-issues-click-here-for-help/), and the select Facebook and go to the support form, could you fill that out and mention you want HD Tech to take a look at it.

I want to get an email conversation going so you can send over pictures, because honestly that description could mean 5 or 6 different things to me. No offense, but in this case a picture will be worth a thousand words.
